Return & Exchange
- Any exchange should be made within 7 days from receiving your order.
- Exchange product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not wash and not change in anyway. The management of Blowfish™ Malaysia reserve the right to reject any damage or used items based on discretion.
- Exchange can only be made once, and all exchanges are final.
- Any refund or exchange with cash is strictly not allowed.
- To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchange are only valid for sizing issues or manufacture's defect.
- We do not accept returns/exchange of online purchase at any of our retail outlets.
- Postage is to be borned by the customer in the event of an exchange.
- Blowfish™ Malaysia will bear the shipping and handling fee when an item was wrongly shipped. We will also bear the fee for order above RM100 (for West Malaysia) & RM120 (for East Malaysia).
Upon returning your item to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information
- Your name (as per invoice)
- Invoice no/ Order ID
- Reason for return
- Contact no.
Please return your purchase to the following address along with proof of purchase. Return without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

30 Days Warranty
The shoes are considered to be a defect item if they are received damage or other manufacturer defect which occur during the 30 days upon recipient of your shoes. Damage occured by worn out or tearing are not considered to be type of defect. If you have further enquiries, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com
We provide Lifetime Warranty on Insole, Heel Cap & Buckle.
